Welcome to travel24.app (the “Site” or “Application”), owned and operated by ANISIMAU MAKSIM (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered independent IT and digital services provider operating under the laws of the Republic of Argentina, under Tax ID (CUIT) No. 27-60495020-7.

By accessing our Site, purchasing access tokens, or utilizing our interactive web application, cloud-synced digital itineraries, smart maps, and electronic concierge consulting services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. DIGITAL SERVICES & LICENSE GRANT

ANISIMAU MAKSIM operates strictly as a B2C digital asset and software provider. We grant the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our automated travel advisory applications, downloadable self-guided digital routes, and interactive audio guide software for individual use on their personal digital devices. We do not operate as a physical tour agency or ground transport provider.

2. SECURE ONLINE CHECKOUT & PAYMENTS

• Merchant of Record: All customer payment transactions and digital license sales processed through the Site are cleared and billed instantly through secure, certified third-party merchant platforms (such as Paddle) acting as the official Merchant of Record. We accept major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Automated Delivery: Immediately upon successful card authorization, our automated system generates and transmits an official digital payment receipt, access codes, and download tokens directly to your registered email address.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Euro (EUR) or the currency explicitly chosen at the secure digital checkout window.

3. CANCELLATION, TOKEN ACTIVATION, AND REFUND POLICY

• Full Refunds: Users are entitled to a 100% refund of the digital service fee if the cancellation and revocation request is submitted via email to info@travel24.app at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled route activation or consultation slot.
• Late Requests: Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours in advance, as well as unused, expired, or unactivated digital tokens, are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued.
• Processing: Approved refunds are processed automatically back to the original credit/debit card or account used during the initial checkout within 5 to 7 business days.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All software architecture, digital maps, custom itinerary algorithms, text layouts, audio files, scripts, design elements, and interactive content displayed on travel24.app are the exclusive intellectual property of ANISIMAU MAKSIM and are protected by international copyright and proprietary asset laws. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, web scraping, or commercial distribution of our digital assets is strictly prohibited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ANISIMAU MAKSIM delivers its digital application, automated data screening, and smart routes on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As an independent provider of technological interfaces and digital guides, ANISIMAU MAKSIM shall not be held liable for any physical travel disruptions, local venue closures, third-party supplier issues, or force majeure events occurring during your trip.
